: Sinonazal kitlelerde 6 yıllık histopatoloji sonuçlarımız

Purpose: In this study, it was aimed to compare patients with bilateral sinonasal mass and those who have unilateral in terms of age, gender histopathological diagnoses.
 Material Method: The results 549 underwent incisional / excisional biopsy or surgery our clinic between January 2012 December 2017 were examined. All diagnoses divided into 3 groups as benign, malign non-neoplastic. Distribution rates cases involvement evaluated by years. 
 Results: average age 40.12 ± 14.31.The most common diagnosis nasal polyp (71%). It observed that 10.6% 0.9% 88.5% Right sided 15.7% the patients, left 17.7%, 66.7% patients. group which includes non-neoplastic found significantly more than other (p = 0.001).
 Conclusion: masses is polyps. Nasal polyps are often but they can also be unilateral. Unilateral malign, therefore differential should made biopsy.
